People & Operations Coordinator

You'll support end-to-end employee lifecycle operations and payroll coordination for the North American team. Your work will directly impact cross-functional efficiency across HR, Finance, and Executive teams. You'll gain exposure to all areas of a fast-growing startup.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and contractor lifecycle
- Assist with payroll, benefits admin, and employee inquiries
- Compile reports on attendance, productivity, and metrics
- Coordinate inventory logistics across US and Canada
- Provide ad hoc support to CEO and leadership team
๐ Requirements
- 1+ years experience in a startup or corporate environment
- Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with HR and Finance

- Experience with payroll or benefits administration
- Experience with HR systems
- Ability to work with global teams across time zones
