You'll support end-to-end employee lifecycle operations and payroll coordination for the North American team. Your work will directly impact cross-functional efficiency across HR, Finance, and Executive teams. You'll gain exposure to all areas of a fast-growing startup.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, and contractor lifecycle
  • Assist with payroll, benefits admin, and employee inquiries
  • Compile reports on attendance, productivity, and metrics
  • Coordinate inventory logistics across US and Canada
  • Provide ad hoc support to CEO and leadership team

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in a startup or corporate environment
  • Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with HR and Finance
