You'll support store leadership in delivering the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits and ensure their success while also supporting daily operations and sales targets. This role offers hands-on leadership experience in a vibrant retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage repeat customers
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to navigate store, use equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds
