💼 About This Role

You'll join a mission-driven cloud company as an early member of the legal team, supporting sales in negotiating customer agreements for the Americas and APAC. You'll lead complex cross-border transactions and advise on regulatory developments while working remotely from the Pacific Time Zone.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and negotiate customer contracts with go-to-market team
• Lead complex cross-border transactions across multiple jurisdictions
• Monitor and advise on regulatory, compliance, and legal developments
• Develop and improve scalable workflows and templates

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant legal experience
• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. state
• Experience drafting and negotiating enterprise SaaS agreements
• Strong training at a top-rated national or international law firm
