💼 About This Role

You'll join a new Manila team delivering AI-driven customer experience solutions for enterprise contact centers. You'll become an expert in Proactive AI Agents, owning quality assurance and implementation for global clients. This role offers the chance to build a local team from the ground up and grow with a market leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own quality assurance for Proactive AI implementations including test planning and defect management.
• Configure, test, debug, and deploy SaaS-based customer journeys aligned to client requirements.
• Write and maintain SQL queries, JavaScript snippets, and API test scenarios.
• Support client go-lives and provide on-call production support as needed.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in Quality Assurance, test automation, or implementation/consulting roles.
• Strong understanding of QA lifecycle: test planning, execution, defect management, regression testing.
• Hands-on experience with test case design and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Jira-based task management.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience testing APIs (REST/JSON) and validating responses.
• Proficiency with Excel for data manipulation; familiarity with Tableau or other BI tools.
• Exposure to multi-channel or communications platforms (SMS, Voice, Email, Chat).
