💼 About This Role

You'll partner with key licensors and sports federations as the day-to-day relationship owner. You'll ensure end-to-end delivery of contractual obligations and support rights exploitation across Content, Marketing, and Sales. This role drives business outcomes through close collaboration with internal teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own day-to-day engagement with licensors as key point of contact
• Program manage delivery of media rights obligations across teams
• Ensure compliance with contractual commitments across broadcast and marketing
• Create exploitation plans and performance reviews with licensors

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in media rights exploitation or partnerships within sports
• Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Working familiarity with contracts and rights frameworks
• Ability to operate independently with a high ownership mindset
