You will solve complex issues in the provider credentialing process, act as a subject matter expert, collaborate cross-functionally, and support process improvements.

Requirements

• 1+ years credentialing experience for facilities adhering to NCQA standards
• 2+ years work experience in fast-paced volume-based environment
• 2+ years strong quantitative or analytical skills
• Experience working in health insurance
• High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Support, manage, or escalate complex credentialing issues
• Manage internal/external escalated transactions and communicate for resolution
• Act as point person for stakeholders to improve feedback loops
• Manage queue work and assigned caseload through dashboard management
• Collaborate daily with leaders on systemic issues and blockers
