You'll lead strategic HR partnership for US operations, translating business goals into people strategies and enabling managers at scale. You'll drive organizational health, manager capability, and compliance, using AI and data to speed decisions.
π― What You'll Do
- Partner with executives on organizational effectiveness and headcount decisions
- Analyze people data to surface insights and build dashboards
- Provide fast, practical guidance to managers on hiring and performance
- Serve as escalation point for complex employee relations matters
π Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience
- Experience as a senior HR business partner supporting executives
- Deep knowledge of US employment law and compliance
- Proven ability to use data and AI to drive people decisions
