• Review loan packages and underwriting guidelines for required documentation.
• Audit loans for salability and accuracy, documenting discrepancies.
• Enter fees from LEs, CDs, and COCs; run analysis for issues.
• Capture and record exceptions for incorrect or missing documentation.

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of experience in Quality Control, Due Diligence, or Secondary Market.
• Knowledge of mortgage lending compliance regulations and documentation.
• Proficiency with Mavent and Lauramac software.
• Ability to meet production quality and service standards.
