Description

As a NOC Technician on 3rd shift (11pm-9am EST, Wednesday-Sunday), you will investigate and troubleshoot equipment, applications, and tools supporting Bandwidth's voice and messaging network infrastructure. You'll classify incidents, manage trouble tickets, and drive high-priority issues to resolution, including coordinating troubleshooting bridges and escalations.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or relevant work experience
  • 1-3 years working in a network operations environment
  • Understanding of carrier-level VoIP-based technologies
  • Excellent technical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work additional shifts and prioritize work while multi-tasking

Responsibilities

  • Perform identification, classification, and prioritization of incidents affecting the Bandwidth network
  • Create and maintain trouble tickets with service providers and internal teams to drive incidents to resolution
  • Resolve high-priority incidents; coordinate troubleshooting bridge, engage internal resources and service providers
  • Take ownership of each incident and perform escalations where required
  • Troubleshoot VoIP calls at the SIP level
