You'll lead a multidisciplinary team of Agent Designers and Agent Design Engineers at PolyAI, owning the full picture of conversational AI experiences from user journeys to implementation. You'll set standards for tone and naturalness, bridging the gap between design and engineering. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Agent Designers and Agent Design Engineers
• Act as design authority for conversational UX across all agents
• Guide full lifecycle from journey mapping to implementation including prompting and tool integration
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Project Management to advocate for design quality

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in a technical or design-adjacent role at a tech company with hands-on experience
• 3+ years of people management experience developing designers or engineers
• Proficiency in Python sufficient to read and review team code
• Actively engaged with agentic AI workflows and experimenting hands-on
