Description
As a Customer Service Advisor at Carvana, you will be the primary point of contact for service customers at our dealership, guiding them through vehicle maintenance and repair processes. You'll communicate with customers to understand concerns, provide cost estimates, coordinate with technicians, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer-facing experience
- Proven experience as Service Advisor or similar in dealership/independent shop
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, CDJR models a plus
- Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and consult to understand vehicle concerns
- Advise on recommended services and provide cost/time estimates
- Maintain communication on repair status and delays
- Coordinate with technicians, parts, and service manager
- Follow up post-service to ensure customer satisfaction
