💼 About This Role

You'll lead manufacturing for large-scale orbital structures at Gravitics, a company building space infrastructure. You'll turn design concepts into reliable hardware, reducing cost and complexity while increasing reliability. You'll work on production flow upgrades and quality issue resolution for safety-critical systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Author, select, and refine manufacturing methodologies and flows.
• Drive designs for manufacturability, safety, cost, and operability.
• Oversee investigation and resolution of quality issues.
• Implement processes and controls to ensure mission success.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years industry experience in mechanical, electrical, or aerospace engineering.
• NX or similar CAD package familiarity.
• Experience with Engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering discipline or Physics.

✨ Nice to Have

• Proven history of successful hardware in launch vehicles or space systems.
• Experience with aerospace environmental testing (vibe, shock, thermal).
• Experience with nondestructive evaluation techniques.
