You will own and scale creative strategy, production, and performance across all channels, ensuring creative drives measurable business outcomes. You'll build scalable systems, lead innovation including AI-driven creative development, and partner closely with paid media and data teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own global creative strategy across paid social, YouTube, Display, CTV, Retail Media, and emerging platforms
  • Establish creative as a core performance driver linked to CPA, ROAS, LTV, and incrementality
  • Partner with Paid Media, Strategy, and Data Intelligence teams to translate insights into creative direction
  • Scale creative systems for high-volume, high-velocity production with modular, iterative frameworks
  • Lead creative innovation including AI-generated creative, automation, and dynamic creative optimization
