Description

You will integrate HUMINT collection into the F3EAD targeting cycle for time-sensitive missions, providing expert guidance in contested environments. You'll bridge tactical collection with strategic requirements, ensuring operational deconfliction and legal compliance.

Requirements

• TS/SCI clearance (CI Poly preferred)
• 8+ years HUMINT experience, 6+ supporting specialized task forces
• Graduate of Tier-1 HUMINT certification (ASOC, SOC, or MOTC)
• Proficiency in elicitation, technical surveillance, and asset validation in high-threat environments
• Ability to synthesize complex data into executive briefings

Responsibilities

• Integrate HUMINT into F3EAD targeting cycle for time-sensitive missions
• Provide technical guidance on planning in contested/denied environments
• Use social network analysis and human terrain mapping to exploit adversary vulnerabilities
• Interface with military units, intelligence agencies, and host nation partners for deconfliction
• Ensure legal compliance under Title 10 and Title 50 authorities
