🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, enforcing best practices.
• Own and drive data migration strategy from Snowflake to Azure Databricks and DBT.
• Design scalable, secure data pipelines and cloud infrastructure using Azure and Terraform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align data initiatives with business goals.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in Data Engineering, including 2-3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience leading data engineering teams and large-scale platform initiatives.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, Azure Databricks, and DBT.
• Deep expertise in Terraform and cloud infrastructure.
