🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and improve supervised fine-tuning pipelines for open-source LLMs.
• Develop training datasets from expert examples and workflow traces.
• Create evaluation frameworks for task completion and instruction following.
• Analyze model failures and translate findings into improvements.

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience fine-tuning open-source LLMs using SFT.
• Strong Python and PyTorch skills.
• Experience with LLM tooling such as Hugging Face Transformers or PEFT.
• Experience preparing instruction-tuning datasets.

• Experience with RLHF or DPO.
• Experience deploying or monitoring LLMs in production.
• Prior exposure to healthcare or fintech domains.
