Description

As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Samsara, you'll sell IoT solutions to mid-sized public sector clients, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You'll build executive relationships and drive complex deals that improve safety and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years full-cycle closing sales experience
  • Experience selling into Public Sector (Local Gov, K-12, Higher Education)
  • Strong track record of overachievement to quota
  • Proficiency with SFDC and accurate forecasting
  • Willingness to travel up to twice per quarter

Responsibilities

  • Develop executive-level relationships within territory
  • Own customer engagements end-to-end from prospecting to close
  • Demonstrate solution-based sales process in complex campaigns
  • Strategically outbound prospect
  • Champion Samsara's cultural principles
