💼 About This Role

You'll act as the quarterback for your accounts, leading customer relationships end-to-end and driving renewals and expansion. You'll blend relationship management, analytical problem-solving, and process design to shape how the Customer Success function scales.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead customer meetings independently and build trust across client organizations.
  • Drive renewals and expansion by managing churn risk and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations for issue resolution.
  • Use data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within your portfolio.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python or similar data analysis tools.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts with renewals and upsells.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
