💼 About This Role
You'll act as the quarterback for your accounts, leading customer relationships end-to-end and driving renewals and expansion. You'll blend relationship management, analytical problem-solving, and process design to shape how the Customer Success function scales.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead customer meetings independently and build trust across client organizations.
- Drive renewals and expansion by managing churn risk and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations for issue resolution.
- Use data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within your portfolio.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python or similar data analysis tools.
- Experience managing multiple accounts with renewals and upsells.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
