You'll lead a team of CPC Processor Customer Support staff, monitoring daily operations and ensuring excellent customer relations. You'll drive team productivity and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while providing training and escalation support.

- Monitor daily customer service operations and team productivity.
- Train new hires on customer service responsibilities and update training materials.
- Provide first-level escalation support for team members.
- Maintain communication with management regarding issues and complaints.
๐ Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- Experience with multi-line phone system.
- Intermediate/advanced MS-Office proficiency.
