🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive daily sales activity and new business development
• Enforce digital-first selling in all proposals
• Coach Account Executives on integrated selling
• Lead weekly pipeline reviews and performance conversations

📋 Requirements

• 5–7 years of media sales experience
• Strong performance as a seller or emerging leader
• Experience selling digital, CTV, or streaming solutions
• Ability to drive activity and accountability
