You'll support commercial contracting and legal process improvement at a fast-paced SaaS company serving the public sector. Gain hands-on in-house experience while helping power more effective government.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and organize SaaS agreements, NDAs, and vendor contracts.
• Support contract intake, tracking, and data entry in Salesforce and DocuSign.
• Review vendor and third-party contracts to balance risk and efficiency.
• Contribute to improvements in legal workflows, templates, and playbooks.

📋 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Coursework or prior experience in contract drafting or commercial law.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, and DocuSign.
