Description

You will lead a complex IT outsourcing transition for a manufacturing client in Northern Germany, managing end-user services, coaching the customer's project team on contractual compliance, establishing governance structures, and overseeing performance and communication. Your work ensures a smooth transition from an existing IT service provider to a new one, within scope and budget.

Requirements

• Proven experience as Senior Project Manager in IT outsourcing
• Track record managing complex Transition Transformation projects
• Fluency in German
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and sign NDA
• Experience with nearshore delivery centers

Responsibilities

• Lead transition of end-user services (Help Desk, Service Management) to new provider
• Coach customer's project team on contract-compliant implementation
• Establish governance and committee structures across two European locations
• Monitor project schedule, milestones, and cooperation obligations
• Support stakeholder communication and management reporting
