💼 About This Role

You'll join the EMEA legal team at Monks, supporting high-volume commercial contract drafting and negotiation for a global digital marketing firm. You'll provide strategic counsel across content, technology, and data initiatives, partnering with business leads and cross-functional teams to drive growth. This role stands out for its global collaboration with peers in other regions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate client contracts, including MSAs and SOWs
• Advise on RFPs and RFIs, participating in client pitches
• Develop standardized contract templates and tools
• Build automations to improve legal team efficiency

📋 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 1-5 years of post-qualification experience
• England and Wales admission (preferred)
• Experience negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, ideally in-house
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload in fast-paced environments
