You'll supervise a team of Security Associates at Carvana's HQ, ensuring the safety of team members and assets. You'll develop and execute security programs, manage incident response, and drive process improvements to protect our people and property.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned security team
• Coach, train, and performance-manage team members
• Lead Incident Management Program and emergency response
• Manage security technology (badge access, server room controls, monitoring alerts)

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in physical security operations or loss prevention
• 1+ years experience directly supervising a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and insurable DMV record

• Bachelor's degree in business, criminal justice, crisis management, or security operations
• Experience with project management software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
