Description
You will lead growth strategy across Oddball's federal portfolio, owning a multi-year business development pipeline focused on federal civilian and defense agencies, particularly HHS and CMS. You'll build trusted relationships, develop account plans, and collaborate across teams to drive capture and proposal outcomes while representing Oddball at industry events.
Requirements
- Proven federal BD experience with track record of winning Full and Open pursuits
- Deep familiarity with HHS, CMS, and/or adjacent federal civilian agency markets
- Experience in integrated BD and capture model
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes, contract vehicles, and agency budget cycles
- Ability to build credible relationships with program offices and contracting officers
Responsibilities
- Own and drive multi-year BD pipeline across federal civilian and defense agencies, focusing on HHS and CMS
- Identify, qualify, and mature opportunities from market intelligence through capture planning and pre-proposal
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with program offices and contracting officers
- Develop and maintain detailed account plans covering mission priorities and acquisition pathways
- Collaborate with VP of Growth, delivery teams, and technical SMEs for early positioning
