💼 About This Role

You'll manage core accounting operations at Watchmaker Genomics, a biotech startup in Boulder, CO. You'll ensure accurate financial records and support month-end close. This is an onsite role with one work-from-home day per week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process accounts payable, including invoice review and approvals
• Reconcile accounts and support month-end close
• Maintain fixed asset register and track capital expenditures
• Assist with sales tax compliance and financial systems improvements

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Xero, Epicor)
• Advanced Excel skills
