You'll own the configuration and optimization of Zuora and Stripe billing platforms for a fast-growing professional services platform. You'll ensure data integrity and drive automation across integrations with Salesforce and internal tools. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer and optimize billing systems including Zuora and Stripe
• Ensure data accuracy across billing platforms and support month-end close
• Manage system configurations, environments, and user access
• Design and maintain integrations between billing systems, Salesforce, and internal tools
• Troubleshoot system issues and resolve data discrepancies

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience administering billing platforms such as Zuora or Stripe
• Strong understanding of subscription billing concepts including pricing and invoicing
• Experience building and maintaining integrations between billing systems and Salesforce
• Hands-on experience with Workato or similar middleware/automation tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and data integration patterns
• Business analysis experience including requirements gathering and solution design
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows
