💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale production AI features for conversational commerce, working directly with LLMs and agent workflows. Your core impact will be turning shopper signals into intelligent, multi-turn conversations that re-engage customers. This role offers the opportunity to shape the architecture of AI systems in a fast-moving, exploratory team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop end-to-end features across backend, APIs, and frontend
• Translate shopper events into LLM context for conversations
• Own multi-turn conversational behavior of the AI Agent
• Build evaluation workflows for prompts and agent behavior

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of production full-stack engineering experience
• Production experience integrating LLMs into user-facing products
• Hands-on experience evaluating prompts and agent behavior in production
• Experience designing systems that turn structured data into LLM context

✨ Nice to Have

• LLM observability tooling experience
• Experience optimizing inference cost or latency
• E-commerce, merchant-facing, or marketing-tech product experience
