💼 About This Role

You'll lead enterprise client integrations at a hypergrowth fintech powering stablecoin payments. You'll own onboarding workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless partner launches. This role offers a chance to shape the onboarding process from scratch at a well-funded startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate integration of key accounts into the platform
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for onboarding
• Train CSMs and analysts on implementation best practices
• Analyze product performance and track onboarding metrics

📋 Requirements

• 4-8+ years of B2B SaaS implementation experience
• Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis
• Proven project management skills handling multiple implementations
• Strong customer-facing communication and documentation skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Payment industry knowledge of card transaction flows
• Experience with card issuing programs or BaaS platforms
• Familiarity with stablecoins or blockchain
