Description

As an Operations Lead, you will be part of the store leadership team, driving profitability and efficiency. You'll work closely with the Operations Visual Manager to delegate tasks and provide feedback, ensuring optimal results across all store operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with GM to escalate gaps
• Manage key operational functions: shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor sets, and supply management
• Champion strong visual standards on the sales floor
• Support safe work environment through strong stockroom standards and processes
