You'll lead the total rewards strategy and HR operations for Vonage, a global cloud communications leader. Your impact will ensure a strong operational foundation and competitive compensation programs as we integrate with Ericsson. This role offers the opportunity to shape the employee experience at scale.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Provide executive leadership across HR Operations, Compliance, and Total Rewards.
  • Develop and execute total rewards philosophy aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure pay equity and compliance with pay transparency requirements.
  • Own strategy and governance for global employee lifecycle processes.
  • Lead HR systems integration and optimization, including SuccessFactors.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Extensive experience in global HR operations or total rewards leadership.
  • Deep understanding of compensation philosophy, benefits, and pay equity.
  • Strong knowledge of global compliance and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Proven experience with HR systems implementations like SuccessFactors or Workday.
  • Experience leading multi-country HR operations or shared services teams.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Master's degree or HR certification (SHRM, HRCI).
  • Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors, Degreed, and Ericsson GPSM.
  • Expertise in AI-powered workforce analytics tools like Visier or Workday Analytics.
  • Sales compensation experience.
