💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of hourly associates in a vehicle reconditioning center, ensuring cars meet quality standards and production targets. You'll manage daily workflow, train your team, and collaborate with the General Manager to repair or reject inventory. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage movement of cars into and out of Inspection Center safely
• Oversee day-to-day activities and coach team members
• Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of inventory
• Train team on quality control standards to minimize rework

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record past 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
