📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years managing multiple teams including first-line managers.
• Experience in VoIP/telecom protocols (SIP, RTP, RTCP).
• Experience with cloud-native SaaS development on AWS.

• Experience with C++, C#, .Net frameworks.
• Worked with global teams or abroad.
• Knowledge of CCaaS inbound/outbound processes.
