• Manage and coach a team of product designers across Clinical Experience and Growth
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape roadmap and product direction
• Ensure high-quality design delivery across complex clinical workflows
• Advocate for doctor perspectives in product decisions and cross-team alignment

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience
• 2+ years managing product designers
• Experience guiding teams through complex product areas with measurable impact
• Strong product thinking and ability to partner with Engineering leaders
