You will be a key part of scaling AI and R&D teams at Nebius, focusing on hiring experts in LLM, inference optimization, and high-performance infrastructure. You'll partner closely with engineering leadership to build talent pipelines and attract world-class engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years technical recruitment experience with senior-level focus
• Fluent in Hebrew
• Proven ability to source and engage AI/ML and systems engineering talent
• Experience using advanced sourcing methods (LinkedIn, GitHub, conferences)
• Deep understanding of AI/ML infrastructure domains

Responsibilities

• Deep technical sourcing for LLM, inference, systems, and GPU engineering roles
• Build and maintain long-term pipelines for senior engineers
• High-touch candidate engagement and relationship building
• Technical screening for AI/ML and systems expertise
• Close partnership with engineering leadership to refine hiring strategies
