🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of Analysts, Engineers, and Team Leads.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable team goals.
• Forecast resource requirements and manage team utilization.
• Establish metrics to measure team progress and productivity.
• Provide data-driven reports to executive leadership.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years in a leadership role managing direct reports.
• 3+ years of experience in software implementation or technical services.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Emburse products or equivalent platforms.
• Proficiency in CRMs, database-driven workflow tools, and financial software.
