You'll enable organizational agility across leadership, portfolios, and delivery systems. You'll partner with senior leaders and teams to improve decision-making, collaboration, and value delivery in complex environments. You'll focus on aligning leadership behaviors, organizational structures, and ways of working to support adaptability and sustained business outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with senior leaders to evolve leadership practices and operating models.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions for alignment and decision-making.
• Assess structures, governance, and delivery practices to improve flow and outcome focus.
• Coach leaders and teams on product thinking, customer-centricity, and evidence-based prioritization.

📋 Requirements

• 8-12+ years experience in complex organizational environments.
• Proven partnership with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Lean, and modern product management practices.
• Working knowledge of modern software engineering practices like automated testing and CI.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience across multiple teams, programs, portfolios, or value streams.
• Effectiveness as a facilitator for groups including senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability as a trainer designing learning experiences.

🚩 Heads Up

• Requires onsite 5 days/week in Hyderabad despite vague remote policies.
