You'll drive strategic initiatives to improve seller success and commercial impact at a leading online auction marketplace. You'll define commercial priorities, translate them into scalable workflows, and ensure successful rollout across Sales, Category Management, and Product. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and product operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use data to identify opportunities improving seller success and expert workflows.
• Co-develop features with Product Managers from scoping to rollout.
• Lead pilots testing new processes and scale successful models.
• Design workflows, playbooks, and training materials for new operational processes.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years work experience with 2+ years in strategic project/program management.
• Proven experience driving cross-functional initiatives with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with large data sets and commercial KPIs.
• Excellent communication and ability to structure ambiguity into clear roadmaps.
