💼 About This Role

You'll manage customer accounts and daily shipment operations, leveraging our proprietary technology DASH. You'll act as the main point of contact, providing proactive communication and resolving transportation delays. This role is highly relationship-oriented and operational in a fast-paced logistics environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and schedule transportation for inbound and outbound shipments
• Act as main point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person
• Provide quick solutions to resolve transportation delays and complications
• Assist with shipment documentation including BOLs, labels, and invoices

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in logistics, business, supply chain, or engineering preferred
• Minimum 1-year third-party logistics experience preferred
• Experience conducting business over the phone highly preferred
