💼 About This Role

You'll prepare and deliver financial reporting across True Independent Holdings and its portfolio agencies, supporting month-end close, forecasting, and budgeting. You'll partner with the CFO and agency leadership to enhance financial visibility and deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. This role offers high visibility with senior leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for each agency
• Own budgeting and forecasting for assigned agencies
• Support month-end close by gathering and updating data
• Coordinate and prepare audit documentation

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years experience in financial reporting, FP&A, or accounting
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong understanding of financial statements and reporting processes
