Description

As a psychotherapist at BlueSky Telepsych, you will enjoy the autonomy to practice in the best interest of your patients without corporate interference, with rapid caseload building and flexible hours. You'll collaborate actively in a team-based format, coordinating with psychiatric and counselor providers through regular virtual meetings and staffing sessions.

Requirements

• Fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD)
• Open to licensing in alternative states
• Significant prior clinical experience preferred
• Experience with diverse populations (LGBTQ+, transgender community) desired
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and basic tech skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality mental health care via telehealth
• Collaborate actively in a team-based format with prescribers and other therapists
• Participate in monthly clinical team meetings and regular staffing
• Manage caseloads and coordinate care between Psychiatric and counselor providers
