Description

You will build the backend that powers AI features in our trading platform, owning the AI service layer including retrieval, orchestration, guardrails, and evaluation. You'll design and productionize reliable AI workflows, build monitoring and evaluation tools, collaborate across teams, and create reusable libraries and SDKs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of strong proficiency in enterprise Java
• Experience designing and deploying AI/ML or LLM-backed systems in production
• Familiarity with LLM tooling and patterns (tool calling, RAG pipelines, evals)
• Experience supporting and running systems in production
• Comfortable in dynamic environment, partnering cross-functionally

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and productionize AI workflows for the Studio trading platform
• Build tooling to monitor, tune, and evaluate models and workflows with guardrails
• Collaborate with teams to identify high ROI AI opportunities
• Build rapid prototypes and translate to production-grade systems
• Create reusable libraries, SDKs, and tooling for AI development
