You'll provide first-class support for Vonage's Voice APIs, troubleshooting issues for strategic customers. You'll drive customer projects and collaborate with Sales to ensure satisfaction. This role offers a chance to work with cutting-edge cloud communications technology.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Investigate and resolve technical issues with Voice APIs
  • Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Capture knowledge for self-service customer support

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field
  • 2+ years experience as Support Engineer or with APIs/telecom/SaaS
  • Experience with Voice technologies (SIP, VoiceXML, WebRTC, etc.)
  • Experience supporting or integrating APIs and/or SDKs

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with developer tools (Python, Ruby, Node, Java, PHP)
  • Experience with troubleshooting tools (Kibana, Linux/Unix)
  • Knowledge of KCS (Knowledge Centered Support)
