You'll provide first-class support for Vonage's Voice APIs, troubleshooting issues for strategic customers. You'll drive customer projects and collaborate with Sales to ensure satisfaction. This role offers a chance to work with cutting-edge cloud communications technology.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Investigate and resolve technical issues with Voice APIs
- Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders
- Capture knowledge for self-service customer support
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field
- 2+ years experience as Support Engineer or with APIs/telecom/SaaS
- Experience with Voice technologies (SIP, VoiceXML, WebRTC, etc.)
- Experience supporting or integrating APIs and/or SDKs
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with developer tools (Python, Ruby, Node, Java, PHP)
- Experience with troubleshooting tools (Kibana, Linux/Unix)
- Knowledge of KCS (Knowledge Centered Support)
