Your core impact is delivering a web version of the app in 3-6 months and setting standards for future platforms. You'll partner with backend engineers to design APIs and data models for a high-scale consumer product.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish the web platform and set standards for future apps
• Build Rips for web using existing backend systems
• Define team best practices for React development
• Own internal tools and dashboard for team efficiency

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years professional web experience
• Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and JavaScript
• Proven track record shipping 0→1 consumer web products
• Experience building delightful UX with motion and animations

• Experience with real-time features, payments, authentication, or gaming
• React Native experience
