💼 About This Role

You'll lead substation and interconnection design for utility-scale data center campuses, working directly with utilities and equipment manufacturers. Your technical leadership will establish HV/MV engineering standards that scale across dozens of sites. You'll own technical quality from protection coordination to medium voltage distribution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design substation and interconnection for data center campuses
• Own technical quality of HV/MV designs across sites
• Work directly with utilities, ISOs, and equipment manufacturers
• Establish engineering standards for scalable deployment

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in HV/MV power system design and substations
• Experience in data center or mission-critical MV distribution design
• Strong knowledge of protection coordination and relay setups
• Proficiency with SEL, Schneider, Siemens, or ABB relay platforms

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with utility interconnection in ERCOT, PJM, MISO, or CAISO
• Familiarity with NERC reliability standards
• Experience with emerging power generation technologies like fuel cells or battery storage
