💼 About This Role

You'll lead motion design for mobile game ads, defining visual language from concept to final delivery. You'll collaborate with UA and creative teams to produce high-performance video ads across platforms. This role offers creative ownership and impact on a growing game portfolio.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conceive and animate video ads for mobile games (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.)
• Act as motion art director, defining color, typography, rhythm, and transitions
• Create and maintain reusable After Effects/Premiere templates
• Produce and adapt animated banners and static ad formats

📋 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong motion design portfolio demonstrating art direction and technical skill
• Solid experience in video production, image treatment, and audio editing for ads
• Advanced or fluent English for content, references, and internal communication

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with mobile game creatives and UA/performance environments
• Knowledge of 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender) or game engines (Unity)
• Scripting or plugin customization for workflow optimization
