You'll design and ship talent development experiences end-to-end, with a strong focus on manager and leader development. You'll build innovative, Claude-enabled learning experiences that help Ants thrive in a high-growth environment. This role stands out because you'll be one of the first specialist hires on a new team, shaping the playbook from scratch.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design talent development experiences end-to-end, from analysis to measurement
• Build AI-enabled learning experiences across audiences and modalities
• Facilitate live sessions for managers and senior leaders
• Partner cross-functionally to integrate learning into the broader employee experience

📋 Requirements

• Deep experience in learning development or instructional design at high-growth tech companies
• Shipped talent development programs at scale, especially for manager development
• Exceptional facilitation skills with senior audiences (VPs, executives)
• Demonstrable AI/LLM fluency in learning design

✨ Nice to Have

• 8-10+ years in learning development at high-growth tech companies
• Experience building Claude- or LLM-powered learning tools
• Background in instructional design or adult learning theory
