Description

As a Maintenance Technician at Bozzuto, you will handle service tickets and preventative maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances. You will also prepare vacant apartments for new residents and help maintain the property's appearance and safety, working weekends and on-call as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or trades education
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Availability for on-call rotation
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs frequently
• Reliable transportation for work and on-call emergencies

• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments through turnover repairs and improvements
• Preserve building beauty and community safety through general upkeep and snow removal
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents
• Work weekends, evenings, and be on call for emergencies
