🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and own enterprise AI adoption strategy aligned with business objectives
• Design and execute change management programs for AI adoption
• Partner with department heads to embed AI into core business processes
• Define KPIs and success metrics for AI adoption initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in technology strategy or digital transformation
• 5+ years in a leadership or director-level role managing cross-functional programs
• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI/ML tools
• Proven track record of large-scale change management in complex organizations

• Experience with large language models and agentic workflows
• Background in e-commerce or supply chain industries
