🎯 What You'll Do

• Design scalability solutions for throughput and execution architectures
• Lead protocol initiatives on PBS, MEV mitigation, and transaction ordering
• Develop parallelized transaction execution in EVM environments
• Optimize low-latency transaction experiences and finality mechanisms

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in backend, distributed systems, or protocol engineering
• Strong proficiency in Golang and large-scale distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with Ethereum clients like Geth or similar
• Proven track record architecting high-performance production systems

• Familiarity with MEV, PBS, parallel execution models
• Open-source blockchain contributions or protocol-level engineering
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot
